Quinta da Vida is a short 30-minute drive from Faro airport, close to the village of Moncarapacho. The Quinta is well situated for access roads, being just two minutes away from the motorway to Faro and Albufeira in one direction and to Tavira and Spain in the other. It is only a 10-minute drive to Olhão where you can find larger shops and supermarkets.

The immediate vicinity of the farmhouse is a typical old rural area with magnificent old olive trees. There are various small farms and houses along the road, which give the area its typical atmosphere whilst ensuring a sense of peace and tranquillity at all times.

The Quinta looks out over the hills of the Algarve, where you can cycle or walk as you please. Within a few minutes you can find yourself in the higher hills with their fantastic views!

Drive in a more southerly direction and you will reach the nearby village of Moncarapacho. Here you will find a small supermarket, post office, drugstore, ATM cashpoint and a petrol station. There are also a number of restaurants where you can enjoy an excellent meal.

The nearest beach, at Fuseta, is a 10-minute drive away from the Quinta. Fuseta is a small, attractive fishing village with a beach bar and a number of other small bars and restaurants. For something different, why not take a water taxi to one of the nearby islands?

The Algarve is well known for her many golf courses. The climate in Portugal is guarantee for year-round golfing pleasure on the beautiful courses.
