Would you like to escape from the cold and dreary changeable winter weather and spend a little longer making the most of a warmer climate? Then a long-stay holiday in Quinta de Vida may be just the thing for you.  During the low season (November through to March) a special reduced rate applies when you rent one of our accommodations for a minimum period of 4 weeks.

Here, in the Algarve, the winter climate is agreeable indeed. The daytime temperature, usually between 14 and 18 degrees C, is perfect for being out and about. Even on days that to the local population pass as extremely cold, the temperature rarely dips below 10 degrees centigrade. However, whereas the summer months are very dry, in winter  there is more likelihood of rain.

Our houses have been designed to offer a high degree of comfort in summer and winter. All four accommodations have underfloor heating throughout the ground floor (including the bedrooms and bathrooms).  The kitchens are fully equipped with dishwasher, induction cooker, oven and large fridge/freezer – in short, home from home in terms of ease of living.

 

In Casa Lagar and Casa Estábulo it is possible to rearrange the adjoining bedroom to provide more living space, should you so wish. Both houses then sleep  4 in their  two double bedrooms. Casa da Vida and Casa Vaso have a comfortable living area and two bedrooms.

During the day there is always a sunny spot to be found on the private patio areas around the houses.

Bed-, bath- and kitchen linen is provided. Also a cleaning once every two weeks is included.

 

Prices

The minimal amount of winter-rental is 4 weeks.

The prices per week for Casa Lagar and Casa Estábulo is €400,- for Casa da Vida it is €375,- and Casa Vaso is €350,- per week. Prices are included with all the linen, bedlinen will be changed once every two weeks, you can get clean towels whenever you want. Every two weeks we will clean the house. All the electricity and water (there is no gas) is included.

 

Our winter-rental prices are always based on a stay of 2 people.

If you want to receive guests/family there will be a small extra charge of €10,- per person per day.

On arrival you always have to pay a deposit of €300,- when you leave the house without any damages of course you will get you deposit back.
