Longstay: November to March, prices apply for a stay of at least 28 nights.
Tourist tax
The following rates apply:
€1.00 p.p.p.n with a maximum of 5 nights between November and April
€2.00 p.p.p.n with a maximum of 5 nights between May and October
Children under 16 are exempt.

Cancellation policy
If there is a cancellation by the tenant, the owner is entitled to the following compensation:
Cancellation must be made in writing (can also be done digitally).
​
Up to 6 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the total rental amount.
Within 6 weeks to 2 weeks before the arrival date: 75% of the total rental amount.
Within 2 weeks before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental amount.
The renter is responsible for taking out travel and cancellation insurance.
