'Cabana do Campo' means 'Cabin in the Countryside' and perfectly captures the atmosphere and character of this property. The large garden and rural surroundings offer our guests peace and the freedom to relax.
The Cabana is a spacious property of over 85m² featuring a large open-plan living kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences, including a dishwasher, oven, large fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, and more. The living room has air conditioning that can both cool and heat, and there's also a large wood-burning stove that works wonderfully in winter to keep the living area cosy and warm.
The house has three cosy bedrooms. The master bedroom (10m²) is furnished with a double bed (160x200) and a built-in wardrobe. The other two bedrooms are single rooms (each 5m²) with a single bed of 80x200 in each. There is one air conditioning unit in the hallway of the sleeping area, which is more than sufficient to cool (or heat) all three bedrooms. This means that when using the air conditioning, the bedroom doors should be left open.
The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a double sink. There is a separate toilet located in the hallway, which also contains a cloakroom and a utility/laundry room with a washing machine available for free use.
The house boasts a generous, fully enclosed garden with beautiful olive and almond trees and a 70m² lawn. The large waterproof veranda provides a lovely place to sit during both summer and winter months. The barbecue and hammock complete the ultimate holiday experience.
What makes this house so unique?
It was completely built by Gust and Mayke themselves. Over the years, the house gradually took shape—starting very small and slowly becoming a little bigger, nicer, more spacious, and more comfortable.
With its quirky layout, little steps, and light switches in unusual places, it’s a special home. We hope you will enjoy it just as much as we always have!

Prices are per week, also possible to rent per night (minimum is 3 nights).
Prices include bed linen, bath and kitchen linen and final cleaning.
Prices do not include tourist tax (see booking conditions for details).
Are you renting for two weeks or longer in a row? Then the bed linen will be changed every week.
Towels can be changed as often as desired.
