Tourist tax
Our rental prices are excluding 'Tourist tax'.
€2,- p.p.p.n. for the maximum of 5 nights between April and October
€1,- p.p.p.n. for the maximum of 5 nights between November and March.
Children under 16 years are exempt.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation by the tenant, the owner is entitled to the following compensation:
Cancellation must take place in writing (can also be done electronically).
Up to 6 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount.
Within 6 weeks to 2 weeks before the arrival date: 75% of the total amount.
Within 2 weeks before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount.
We strongly advice our tenants for taking out travel and cancellation insurance!
