Why spend the winter at Quinta da Vida?
Enjoy the Portuguese winter sun in peace and comfort. Our charming holiday houses are fully equipped with everything you need, including comfortable beds, a fully fitted kitchen, and a cosy home-from-home atmosphere. Underfloor heating keeps you warm throughout the winter.
Relax on your spacious private terrace, with both sunny and shaded areas, or enjoy a chat with fellow winter guests whenever you feel like being sociable. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
With housekeeping every two weeks, including fresh bed linen and towels, your house will always feel fresh and comfortable.
Gust and Mayke are always nearby to offer help, local recommendations or simply a friendly chat, leaving you free to relax and make the most of your stay under the Portuguese sun.
The surrounding area is just as appealing as the Quinta itself, making it the perfect place to spend the winter. Enjoy a mild climate with plenty of sunshine and daytime temperatures typically ranging between 15°C and 22°C.
Step straight from the Quinta onto scenic walking and cycling routes, discover authentic fishing villages, charming market towns, and beautiful beaches just 12 kilometres away.
All your daily amenities can be found in the picturesque village of Moncarapacho, only 5 kilometres from the Quinta. The area also offers excellent golf courses, an English-speaking GP, and healthcare available in your own language. For a little extra relaxation, treat yourself to one of our wellness services, such as a massage, manicure or pedicure, or explore the local area by electric bike.
* Casa Lagar and Casa Estábulo have an extra large living space in the winter months. One bedroom has then been converted into an extra sitting and dining area. This means that the houses have two bedrooms.

Prices include linen, two weekly cleaning and linen change, use of the underfloor heating, electricity, water, TV, internet and the final cleaning.
There are no further mandatory fees.
Prices are always based on a stay for 2 people !
If you would like to receive friends or family, this is possible in consultation and for a small expense allowance of €15 per person per night.
Prices
Rates apply between November and the end of March.
Price is per week. Minimum rental period is 4 weeks (28 nights).
November and December have a discount of 45% from the low season price.
January, February and March have a discount of 40% from the low season price.
2026/2027
For all houses, a discount applies to the regular low-season weekly rate.
