The Quinta
Located in the eastern Algarve, Quinta da Vida is just a few minutes from the charming village of Moncarapacho. While you'll enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside, beautiful beaches, picturesque villages, local markets, excellent restaurants and Faro Airport are all within easy driving distance. It's the perfect base from which to explore both the authentic Algarve and its stunning coastline.
The Quinta is home to five characterful holiday houses. Each property has its own history, charm and unique character, while offering all the comfort and convenience you would expect from a modern holiday home. Thick natural stone walls help keep the houses pleasantly cool during the hot summer months and wonderfully warm throughout the cooler seasons.
Original wooden beams, natural stone and carefully preserved period features reflect the farmhouse's rich history and traditional character.
Outside, every house has its own spacious private terrace with a dining table, comfortable outdoor seating and a barbecue. These are wonderful places to start the day with a leisurely coffee or unwind in the evening beneath a sky full of stars.

The heart of Quinta da Vida is its spacious communal garden. Here you'll find centuries-old trees, colourful plants and plenty of space to relax. The large swimming pool, complete with sun loungers and parasols, offers welcome relief on warm days, while children can spend hours playing in the playground with its large sandpit and mud kitchen.
For parents, one of the Quinta's favourite spots is undoubtedly the honesty bar. With a refreshing drink always within easy reach, a large communal table, books, board games, and views of both the playground and the pool, it's the perfect place to unwind while the children play. It's also where conversations begin, new friendships are made, and lasting holiday memories are created.
There's plenty to keep guests of all ages entertained. Challenge each other to a game of table tennis, borrow toys and board games, meet our curious chickens, or say hello to our friendly dogs, Bim and Billy, and of course our cat, Bia. Together they all contribute to the warm, relaxed atmosphere that makes Quinta da Vida so special.
Sustainability is an important part of life at Quinta da Vida. We use solar energy to heat our water and power the underfloor heating, while solar panels generate a large proportion of our electricity. Our water also comes directly from a natural underground spring. In this way, we do our best to care for the beautiful surroundings in which we are fortunate to live and work.
Quinta da Vida is a place where guests instantly feel at home. A place where children can play freely, parents can truly relax, and life is allowed to slow down for a while.
We hope you'll experience the same sense of peace, freedom and warmth that made us fall in love with this very special place.
