‘Casa Estábulo ‘ is named after the stable where in the past the donkeys, used to turn the olive press and to work the land, were kept. The upper floor of this building was used as an extra home for family who also worked on the farm. Various authentic details have been retained.

Estábulo lies on the east side of the quinta. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen /living area, with a dishwasher, oven and large fridge/freezer. Next to this, a double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom can also be used (in winter) as an extra living room or study. On the first floor there  are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and shower.

From the kitchen / living room there is access to the private outdoor area with lounge set and barbecue. The large olive tree provides shade throughout the day. On the patio there is also an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off in the heat of the day. From the patio there are views to the hills and over the garden.

In addition, there is a roof-top terrace from where to enjoy the setting sun and the beautiful starry night skies.
